December 23, 2024  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Dear our users and partners, we would like to summarise the results of the past year, share our plans for the coming year and, of course, wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

This year we have released updates for 16 of our 25 products, we have released the new model of the Battery Monitor and we have released the funniest device in our product line, the Python Gateway!

The Python Gateway has NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183 and USB interfaces, and can be used as a custom computing module, or as a converter between NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183, or as a USB gateway. Instead of NMEA 0183, these inputs and outputs can be used as logic inputs and outputs or PWM, and at the Boot Dusseldorf Expo we'll demonstrate how to control a color LED matrix with the Python Gateway to display data from NMEA 2000.

The next big thing was the release of the YDBM-02 battery monitor. The new model has only one change: an additional wire has been added so that the device can be used with a shunt connected to the positive terminal as well as with a shunt connected to the negative terminal of the battery. Therefore, the YDBM-02 can be used instead of the previous model in all possible cases.

Our engine gateways are very popular due to their rich functionality and flexible settings, and this year we added the great support for gensets, which we know is not available in other products on the market!

In the 2025, we are planning to release the new device, the Analog Gateway. It will have Wi-Fi and will be able to connect two analog engines to NMEA 2000. For many years we recommended ActiSense or AlbaCombi products for this, but now we are ready to offer a much better product.

Our team will work until December 31st and return to the office on December 6th. All orders placed between these dates will be serverd and delivered on December 6th.
